Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
The Quality Data Specialist is responsible for supporting the Quality Management team with organization, communication, and administrative tasks, maintaining and monitoring contractual agreements. This role assists during the warranty claim, audit, and new business acquisition processes, while focusing on timeliness, quality, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the Quality team.
Document customer complaints and ensure timely resolution in compliance with aerospace industry standards.
Support in collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
Oversee the storage and handling of returned materials, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to quality standards.
Prepare, review, and maintain documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in administrative aspects of internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100).
Coordinate with Business Unit Leaders, Molding Operators, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, the Customer Service team, customers, and vendors.
Review first article inspection documents.
Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure documentation is up to date.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot tables and V-lookups).
Experience in quality data analysis and data administration.
Familiarity with first article inspection documents.
Knowledge of blueprints.
Understanding of contracts.
Experience in the aerospace industry.
AS9100 experience is a plus.
ITAR compliance.

Work Environment
This is a 100% on-site role with a Monday to Friday schedule, starting between 7-8 AM. Occasional overtime may be required, but no regular Saturday work. This role involves heavy administrative work, mainly working independently in an office setting. You will provide administrative support for the quality department, working closely with the Director of Quality and quality engineers. The role is initially a temporary position for 4-6 months, with the potential to be extended or made permanent. The work environment is a manufacturing setting with a smaller, older office and a production floor, leaning more towards the industrial side. This is an ITAR-compliant environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
