Intel Foundry Services (IFS) is an independent foundry business that is established to meet our customers' unique product needs. Use your semiconductor process integration experience to coordinate technology transfer and technology feature development Intel Foundry. The Integration and Transfer Program Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Take on specific integration projects within the technology transfer scope and deliver working results.

  • Extend existing technology definition for new variants to enable long-life cycle semiconductor process nodes

  • Benchmark foundry technology lifecycle expectations with partners and ensure our internal project has the needed milestones and supporting activity.

  • Complete transfer of existing technology program with Intel Foundry’s external partners

  • Understand IPDS (IP and Design Services) requirements and participate in DS team build up

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • The candidate must possess at least one of the 2 following degrees, plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas of expertise specified below:
  1. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience.

  2. Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of experience.

  • 10+ years' experience in semiconductor process development, in integration, device, or yield improvement.

  • Detailed experience in the qualification of at least one semiconductor process technology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience in BCD process development or display driver technology

  • Experience in FinFET, HKMG and strain process integration

  • Knowledge of process integration and device interaction

  • Knowledge and application of yield analysis techniques.

  • Experience with foundry technology development lifecycle and customer deliverables

  • Experience in NVM memory, embedded NVM preferred

  • Testchip development and process characterization experience

  • Track record in problem solving and continuous improvement methodology

  • Track record of process technology development and optimization of technology definition using Design-Technology Co-optimization (DTCO) methodology.

  • Device physics and interconnect technology characterization experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $162,041.00-$259,425.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
