What you will be doing:

The Senior Systems Reliability position focuses on analyzing quality at the system and platform level to enhance reliability in our production flows.

As a Senior Systems Reliability Engineering Lead, you will:

  • Lead with Influence : Guide multi-functional teams to achieve industry-leading chip reliability in our Data Center products.

  • Drive Quality : Define, develop, and maintain production screening flow, ensuring outstanding quality in our products.

  • Innovative Problem-Solving : Investigate and resolve silicon and product failures through lab experiments and partnerships within NVIDIA.

  • Risk Management : Engage in containment, risk assessment, and mitigation activities related to hardware failures.

  • Strategy Development : Craft test strategies for new features, including specifications and validation of test equipment and diagnostic software.

    What we need to see:

  • 12+ years in Silicon and System validation.

  • BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience in system-level debugging, focusing on functional and structural test correlation.

  • Proficiency in sophisticated FinFET processes, manufacturing, and production testing of chips, boards, and systems.

  • Knowledge of DFT architecture, BIST, fault analysis, fault models, and fault detection methods.

  • Exposure to digital design, circuit analysis, statistical analysis, firmware, drivers, and diagnostic software applications.

  • Outstanding problem-solving, partnership, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Basic knowledge of frequency power thermal constraints and failure analysis techniques.

The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
