We’re looking for an amazing Supply Chain Administrative Coordinator to fill this role, which is based in ours Santa Clarita. Holland America Group is currently searching for a highly motivated Coordinator, Admin & Compliance. This position reports to the Supervisor, Admin & Compliance. Here’s a summary of what Holland America Group is looking for in its Supply Chain Administrative Coordinator. Is this you?

Responsibilities

  • Compiles proper receiving documentation, determines and executes receipts in approved systems.

  • Monitors and advises of purchasing system interface issues.

  • ​Performs special projects such as major contractor invoice tracking and auditing reimbursable expenses.​

  • Reconciles suppliers' statements to company purchase orders and payments

  • ​Expedites and trouble shoots documentation for early pay discount transactions.​

  • ​​Works with AP on supply chain discrepancy matters.​

  • ​​Reviews Markview and addresses discrepancies with Buyers.​

  • ​​Ensures all purchase order corrections are completed and order is re-approved and returned to AP for payment.​

  • ​​Communicates effectively with suppliers, customers-workers and management.​

  • ​​Responds to all phone and e-mail requests promptly thoroughly and professionally.​

  • Answers phone calls, e-mails, and verbal requests for expediting invoice processing.

  • Establishes, organizes and maintains department purchasing files.

  • Assists with department projects; facilitates coordination of materials and presentation materials.

  • Offers assistance to co-workers when requested.

Requirements

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

  • Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented

  • Experience in using Internet Explorer, AMOS, Oracle, Crunchtime, MXP - preferred!

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
