This position reports into Quality organization and is based at São José dos Campos (flexible).

What You Will Do?

The QUALITY SYSTEMS & COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST is responsible for Quality Management Systems (QMS) process ensuring

compliance with Internal and external Standards within the scope of its activities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the focal point for the QMS process under its responsibility leading functional efforts as required to achieve

results.

  • Supports local implementation of global Standards

  • Understand current requirements of Regulatory Agencies such as local MOH’s, as well as, of standard organizations

such as ISO.

  • Supports Functional areas in the execution of the QMS processes

  • Handle corrective and preventive actions, change control actions and risk management processes, when applicable.

  • Supervise the performance of the Quality System through the quality critical metrics

  • Supports the internal or external audits and inspections that verifies the regional QMS.

  • Develop, revise, and approve local standard operating procedures

  • Develop presentations

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For?

Required Qualifications:

▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering or related science is required.

▪ Proven experience of at least 5 years in a regulated industry.

▪ Experience with Investigation, CAPA, Change Control, and General Quality Systems process.

▪ Advanced English and Spanish

Desired Qualifications:

  • Preview experience on Quality Systems area

  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification

  • Auditor Certification
