As our Global Change and Communications Specialist you'll need to bring yourexpertise in change management frameworks and methods. You are an expert in developing and delivering communication strategies. With your excellent written and verbal presentation skills, you're a vital part of any team. You have a passion for HR and people-related topics; and a strong interest in the Growth mindset, principles and ways of working.
If you're passionate about driving organizational transformation, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring effective communication, this role is tailor-made for you.

What you will do:
Appy formal change models and frameworks
Build plans to help local teams adopt and embrace change, including strategic training plansand post go-live adoption intervention
Draft global communications, write scripts and articles, develop engaging presentations and utilize multiple communication channels Measure short- and long-term business outcomes related to organizational change
Skills and experiences
Knowledge and experience of quantitative and qualitative data analyses to inform decision-making
Ability to identify and communicate information/strategy to multiple stakeholders and countries using multiple channels especially in times of global transformation
English fluency required
Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or equivalent education and experience
