Your new role

Responsible for sales support routine such as IOs booking and copy control to guarantee the pay tv commercials bought by clients make to air.

Your role accountabilities:

  • Reviewing and booking orders from agencies and direct clients through WBD’s channels.

  • Applying copies in accordance with agency/client directives.

  • Troubleshooting, revising support documentation, and managing media packages to ensure accurate billing for agencies and clients.

  • Handling makegoods in case of spot preemptions.

  • Supporting Sales, Planning, and Product teams in implementing and managing media projects.

Qualification & Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications/media or related;

  • Experience as Operations Analyst or similar,

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good analytic skills.

Other nice to have:

  • Former experience with BTS, Aleph or IBMS system.

  • Good understanding of Excel
