Your new role
Responsible for sales support routine such as IOs booking and copy control to guarantee the pay tv commercials bought by clients make to air.
Your role accountabilities:
Reviewing and booking orders from agencies and direct clients through WBD’s channels.
Applying copies in accordance with agency/client directives.
Troubleshooting, revising support documentation, and managing media packages to ensure accurate billing for agencies and clients.
Handling makegoods in case of spot preemptions.
Supporting Sales, Planning, and Product teams in implementing and managing media projects.
Qualification & Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree in communications/media or related;
Experience as Operations Analyst or similar,
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good analytic skills.
Other nice to have:
Former experience with BTS, Aleph or IBMS system.
Good understanding of Excel
