Oracle Product Manager/Strategy (SCM) in SAO PAULO, Brazil

Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud solutions at Oracle involve the strategic coordination and optimization of procurement, manufacturing, logistic, transportation, and distribution processes to ensure efficient and seamless operations across the supply chain network with innovative technology solutions, Artificial Intelligence in a Cloud Solution.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact from LAD to Product Development Headquarters for SCM, ensuring direct alignment with product management by talking to product managers, contributing to our product roadmap artifacts, and helping create our product strategy.

  • Deliver presentations to individual customers, discussing product value for their processes, addressing inquiries, and fostering strong client relationships.

  • Engage with Oracle's most strategic customers and prospects, representing Oracle products and services (SCM and Cloud Application) and working in customer briefings and presentations.

  • Communicate and enable the market with SCM Product strategy.

  • Accelerate sales cycle positioning Oracle value for customers in cooperation with Solution Engineering, Sales, and Architecture teams.

  • Actively establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers, key strategic partners, and market analysts positioning Oracle SCM product.

  • Support, along with Customer Success Managers, key customers in a post-sales connection.

  • Take a leadership position within the team and outside and establish thought leadership in the growth of Oracle SCM in Latin America, attending internal and external events.

  • As the master of SCM Product in LAD, you will be instrumental in educating and enabling the field, partners, and customers for success on SCM and Oracle Cloud.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 6 – 10+ years of experience in supply chain management roles.

  • Strong understanding of SCM processes, practices, and technologies, with the ability to define and implement best practices and drive process improvements.

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish with a good communication skills.

  • Experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be a plus.

  • Ability to work independently as well as a contributing team member.

  • Ability to own the creation of SCM content for external and internal stakeholders.

Location : São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid)

Amount of Travel: 50%

Languages : English and Portuguese is a must. Spanish desirable.
