The program manager will directly be sponsor for coordinating projects prioritization and next features along with our tech teams and support to evolve our payments experience by working backward to the customers, analyzing the main KPI´s and proposing new solutions to improve our customer journey for our Amazon Payment Products program.

Key job responsibilities

Implement new features and continuously enhance the paying customer experience for our payment products in Brazil;

Engaged with partner to discuss products focused on developing new product features;

Follow the product KPIs to work on opportunities to improve activation, reduce churn and drive acquisition.

Key job responsibilities

Product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience;

Bachelor's degree or equivalent;

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition;

Experience with end to end product delivery;

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product;

Experience as a program manager or owner;

Experience owning technology products;

Advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights;

Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders;

Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS).

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
