Regulatory Decision Intelligence & Compliance Analyst

This position reports into GRA Decision Intelligence Leader and is based at São Paulo.

Role reports to: GRA Decision Intelligence Leader

Location: São Paulo

What you will do

The Regulatory Decision Intelligence Analyst is responsible for assisting with compliance investigations, maintaining a database of routine compliance issues, staying up-to-date with current and emerging regulations, and compiling data for regulatory agency queries. You will also support the implementation of new policies and procedures and research local compliance requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regulatory data management and decision-making strategies to support Kenvue

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify regulatory trends and potential impacts on the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory data requirements.

  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on regulatory data matters.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance regulatory data/decision dashboards

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of regulatory data and produce regulatory decision dashboards

  • Support the implementation of new or revised CCDS tracking dashboards and PSMF reports

  • Research and stay up-to-date with global CCDS/PSMF compliance requirements.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations used to communicate pertinent information to stakeholders and management teams.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • 0-2 years of related experience in global regulatory affairs.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Experience of CCDS and PSMF reporting

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations and provide solutions for compliance problems.

  • Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting.

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

  • Proficiency in compiling and organizing data, documents, and reports.

  • Power Platform tool usage in Global Regulatory Workflows
