Job Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Next JS React JS and Flutter. This role involves working on hybrid models and contributing to the architecture and design of innovative applications. The candidate will play a crucial role in app distribution and ensuring seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Next JS and React JS
Design and implement robust Flutter applications that meet user needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality organization and automation
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable and maintainable applications
Work on app distribution processes to ensure smooth deployment
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Engage in continuous improvement of development processes and practices
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in Next JS and React JS
Must have expertise in Flutter Architecture and Design
Should have experience in Flutter App Distribution
Nice to have knowledge of hybrid work models
Should possess excellent problem-solving skills
Must have strong communication and collaboration skills
Advanced English
Certifications Required
