Description:
The Billing Rep will be responsible for taking inbound calls & making some outbound calls regarding medical bills.
A 3rd party Rev Cycle company, so the customers they will be speaking with are patients of different healthcare providers.
They will answer general questions about a bill that was received, take payments, or perform research on bill statuses.
This is NOT a collections position, but they will speak to patients about funds owed and help them resolve accounts.
They work in multiple systems (can seem overwhelming at first) such as EPIC, Artiva, TCN (phone system), and other Client-based systems.
