The Facility Maintenance Technician will complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance to equipment and facilities in a safety conscious and team-oriented environment. The candidate will need to have a general understanding of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, painting, and housekeeping of mechanical areas. Responsibilities
Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance.
Requiring repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, painting, and housekeeping of mechanical areas as well as other equipment, systems or structures.
Ensures repairs and light maintenance to all equipment and facilities
Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary
Assists in emergencies as needed
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma/GED is preferred.
Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications:
1 yr of similar work experience
Must have a valid driver's license.
