As a Morning Prep Team Member at McDonald's, you will be a key player in ensuring our breakfast operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include prepping products for the day, baking biscuits, cookies, pies, and McGriddles, and preparing buns and products for thawing for the next day. You will also be responsible for washing and sanitizing all breakfast equipment at the end of the breakfast shift. This position requires an early start at 5AM and includes working weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Preparation:
Prepare all necessary products for the day, ensuring freshness and adherence to McDonald's quality standards.
Bake biscuits, cookies, pies, and McGriddles according to specified recipes and procedures.
Product Management:
Pull and organize buns and other products for thawing for the next day’s use.
Equipment Maintenance:
Wash and sanitize all breakfast equipment at the end of the breakfast shift to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Adherence to Safety and Sanitation:
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines as set by McDonald’s policies and local health regulations.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient morning shift.
Requirements:
Availability:
Must be able to start work at 5AM.

Skills and Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat and kitchen equipment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
