The Reliability Team:
Fab1 Reliability team is a multinational team, with members from various places of the world with experience in state of the art reliability methodologies, technology qualification & product monitoring.
Your responsibilities:
To strengthen our team we are seeking a FEoL Reliability Engineer for 6 months. You will be responsible for FEoL reliability methodology topics and will be working in an interdisciplinary team. Your detailed job responsibilities include:
Perform Wafer level FEoL reliability characterization and assessments (HCI & xBTI) to support new technology development, qualification and Process reliability monitoring
Work closely with integration team to implement FEoL process adjustments for proper reliability performance
Design reliability test structures and develop reliability measurement methodology to support technology qualification
Implement proper documentation to ensure proper reliability test operations and support the process reliability monitoring (fWLR) for new qualified technologies
Reliability Risk assessment and risk mitigation evaluation and reporting for internal and external customers
Your profile:
Bachelor / Master / Phd / Diploma in physics, Material Science Electrical engineering, Microtechnology
Experience in state of the art FEoL reliability methodologies with an emphasis on FEoL process and techniques
Good knowledge in statistical methodology, project and change management tools such as FMEAs, 5 Whys, etc.
Familiar with the MS Office package, Experience with statistical, semi-automatic measurement and Layout Design tools is a plus
Good organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities
Good team player with excellent social skills
Good English language (written and spoken)
