Summary of Role Our team is part of the CFM & Metrology department and delivers inline-measurement data for monitoring and process control to ensure best-in-class quality products. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to fill the role of a CDSEM process engineer in our interdisciplinary team.
Essential Responsibilities
You work in a small team of experienced metrology engineers within the CFM & Metrology department
You create high quality CDSEM recipes for flawless execution of production inline measurements
You support development activities by delivering CDSEM recipes for new processes and prototyping
You monitor and ensure inline recipe performance as well as matching based on KPI's and quality parameters
You perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner to keep up the highest quality standards
You work in cross-functional teams to contribute to or drive improvement projects
You support internal customers like manufacturing modules and process integration with measurements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor or Master/Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry or similar
Basic understanding of semiconductor processes and inline measurement methods
First experiences in Semiconductor Industry and Scanning Electron Microscopy are beneficial
Efficient and accurate working style
Good interpersonal skills, energetic and self-starter
Strong organizational skills
Ability to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs, deadlines and commitments
Excellent oral and written communication skills (German and English)
