Description:
Our client is in the process of building out their Endpoint Management strategy, and a large compenent of that is how endpoint enter into their environment. In a way to standardize how endpoints are used and what they are solving for, they are looking for two Business Analysts to gather requirements from business owners, ambulatory staff and create use cases and a standard operating procedure to bring in a new endpoint to their environment. They will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create both experience and technical requirements for functionality to support business and clinical staff. Additional responsibilties include:
• Works closely with Program Managers, Business Owners and Technology teams to ensure requirements are in place and understood
• Responsible for ensuring acceptance criteria is aligned
• Works closely with Architects to ensure system implications/dependencies are understood
• Facilitates requirement and solution options conversations with Technology Teams
• Elicits and documents functional and technical requirements
• Facilitates backlog grooming and prioritization
• Facilitates identifying and documents: dependencies, solution decisions, and security and privacy recommendations
• Aligns with program manager and business owner on delivery scope and sequencing recommendations
• Actively seek gaps in processes, communicating these areas of opportunity in a positive and constructive attitude
