- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring
alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration
with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track
progress against milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and
subcontractors, to ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as
needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to
stakeholders through regular meetings and status reports.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure
