Lead MA Programs Deputy Program Manager

C5T is currently seeking aLead MA Programs Deputy Program Managerfor
our USTRANSCOM Mission Assurance Team. This departmentsynchronizes risk
management activities across the Joint Deployment and Distribution
Enterprise to provide actionable risk information to key decision
makers. This is accomplished through numerous actions including Mission
Decomposition, Risk to Mission/Risk to Force assessments, Continuity of
Operations Planning, Emergency Management, Information Operations,
policy and governance reviews, Mission Assurance Assessments, and the
inclusion of cyber risk across the spectrum of Mission Assurance related
programs and activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leads a team of experts in Mission Assurance (MA) Related Programs
and Activities (MARPA) to:
- Identify, assess, manage risk, and monitor the capabilities
required by USTRANSCOM and its components
- Directly supports the MA Office of Primary Responsibility to
develop, recommend, and execute processes for:
- Mission decomposition
- Assessments
- Synchronizing MA with command planning
- Risk management and mitigation
- Information sharing
- Defense Critical Infrastructure activities
- Cyber domain MA support
- Provides continuous process and program improvement as opportunities
are identified
- Assumes the Program Manager\'s responsibilities in their absence
- Position is considered mission essential and must comply with
USTRANSCOM requirements
- The core focus is leading a team that supports critical mission
assurance activities for USTRANSCOM, with a emphasis on capability
assessment, risk management, and program execution.
Qualifications:
- Top Secret Level Security Clearance required. - The applicant
selected will be subject to a government security investigation and
must meet eligibility requirements for classified information

- The qualified candidate must have seven years of direct mission
assurance experience and a bachelor\'s degree in a business,
engineering, cyber security, or a related field. (Experience in
place of education will be considered.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferred qualifications include experience coordinating issues with
multiple military services and combatant command staffs.
- Exceptional time-management and task prioritization skills required.
- Experience at USTRANSCOM or its Component Commands preferred.
- Confidence in drafting/briefing analysis to senior executives
(General Officer), a plus.
- All C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to
interact with our customers and team members. Strong communication,
leadership, and presentation skills, along with analytical and
problem-solving capabilities, are a must.
