MA Operations Analyst I

C5T is currently seeking aMA Operations Analyst Ifor our USTRANSCOM
Mission Assurance Team. This departmentsynchronizes risk management
activities across the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise to
provide actionable risk information to key decision makers. This is
accomplished through numerous actions including Mission Decomposition,
Risk to Mission/Risk to Force assessments, Continuity of Operations
Planning, Emergency Management, Information Operations, policy and
governance reviews, Mission Assurance Assessments, and the inclusion of
cyber risk across the spectrum of Mission Assurance related programs and
activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Works as a member ofan integrated, cross-functional, and dynamic
team expected to perform in a demanding and
time-sensitiveenvironmentin direct support of the Command\'s MA
Operations Branch activities.
- Adapts to changes in operational tempo across MA Operations Task
Areas as driven by the Global Operations Center Chief, TCJ3
Director, and USTRANSCOM Commander.
- Directly supports MA Operations activities to include risk to
mission/risk to force assessments, Common Operational Picture
requirements, Mission Assurance Working Group facilitation, MA
activity monitoring and reporting, Counter-Small Unmanned Aircraft
Systems, and the Vendor Threat Mitigation Program.
- Provides continuous integrated process and program improvement as
opportunities are discovered. Position is considered Mission
Essential and must comply with established USTRANSCOM requirements.
Qualifications:
Top Secret Level Security Clearance required - The applicant
selected will be subject to a government security investigation and
must meet eligibility requirements for classified information

The qualified candidate must have four years of direct mission
assurance experience and a bachelor\'s degree in a business,
engineering, cyber security, or a related field. (Experience in
place of education will be considered.)
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred qualifications include experience coordinating issues with
multiple military services and combatant command staffs.
Exceptional time-management and task prioritization skills required.
Experience at USTRANSCOM or its Component Commands desired.
Confidence in drafting and briefing analysis to senior executives
(General Officer), a plus.
All C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to
interact with our customers and team members. Strong communication,
leadership, and presentation skills, along with analytical and
problem-solving capabilities, are a must.
