Kforce has a client in Scottsdale, AZ that is seeking a Requirements Analyst - IT Specialist.Summary:In this role, the Requirements Analyst is responsible for leading requirements elicitation from business partners and creation of story cards, understanding the requirements, identifying dependencies, breaking cards down into smaller cards and/or tasks leading reviews and participation in show and tells. The Requirements Analyst works closely with Agile Leader, above the line Requirements Analyst and Business Partners.
Agile methodology experience required
Insurance background needed
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Quick learning aptitude - delivery and customer focused
Comfortable with speaking up and leading
Team work skills are essential as this individual will be part of an Agile line
Claims insurance experience preferred
Guidewire insurance suite experience preferred
Guidewire Claims Center experience preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
