The Boeing Company’s Business Support Services is currently seeking a mid-level Staff Analyst to join their team in Seal Beach, CA!
This position will focus on supporting our global Field Service operations and leadership Core Center team.
This position requires working on site at the above listed locations. The selected candidate may be allowed to telecommute depending upon business needs .
Primary Responsibilities:
Supports development of plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of operating rhythm and leadership meetings
Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
Delivers informational or technical materials
Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies solutions
Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events and recognition
Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
Supports and leads staffing meetings and implementation of staffing plans

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
3 or more years’ experience using basic Microsoft Office and office computing systems.
3 or more years’ experience working directly with executives or senior leaders.
3 or more years’ experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Management Information Systems (MIS).
Experience with supporting deliverables for both internal and external customers.
Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly.
Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.
3 or more years’ experience managing projects and executing several projects at one time.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3 or more years’ experience leading teams in a cross functional environment.
Experience supporting staffing plans
Typical Education/Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
