What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant ? You’ll be:
• Answering telephones and providing information to callers
• Greeting visitors and ascertaining the nature of their business
• Reading and routing incoming mail
• Responding to requests regarding information, materials or business needs
• Composing and preparing routine correspondence
• Scheduling appointments for managers and other staff members
• Compiling and maintaining standard reports and other statistical reports or data compilations
• Reporting to the Manager
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have some college level coursework
• Have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in an office environment
• Have Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
