Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and innovative associate product developer to support our efforts to launch products. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure the vision of Stanley products is realized in each product launch. We are passionate about delivering category driven consumer experiences aligned with Stanley's integrity, performance, and innovation promise and you will be a meaningful part of this work. Responsibilities: Daily management of incoming and outgoing samples - including unboxing, labeling, shipping, and recycling of product. Manages physical samples on and offsite. Ensure development samples are organized, accessible, and managed through seasonal storage and archives. Communicates relevant development details such as timeline, samples needed, creative guidelines, and product integrity standards. Development and approvals of colors, materials, finishes, and product graphics on Stanley product. Works cross functionally on new item creation, BOM requirements, and communication to factories. Maintains open communication with our internal factory support and supplier partners. Works with internal teams and factories to get pricing, item details, templates, and any other pertinent details during development. Confirms all new products meet testing requirements and completes and records testing documentation. Actively participates in quality review of samples and shipments. Responsible for accurate tracking and communication of status to all stakeholders. Education & Experience: 1+ years of experience in product development in a global manufacturing environment, hard goods experience preferred but not required. Experience with development of color in consumer products. Experience using and managing product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, project management software, and creation of technical documents. The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
