Description This position will be traveling to cover patients in our West Seattle and North Kent sites. Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.
