Job Details Essential Duties Primary responsibilities in assigned accounts are: 1-Clinical application, education, and inservicing, 2-Conversion of competitive technologies 3-Organic growth opportunity development and 4-Tecnology conversion to next generation device. * Accountable for assigned cell salvage accounts and all current sales, profitability and account management associated with these products. * Responsible for strong customer service orientation. * Responsible for the optimization of current device fleet and associated disposable usage. * Expand product adoption & utilization. * Conduct on-site training. * Conduct routine device inventory. * Responsible for calling on the following call points within each account: Operating Room: Surgery, Perfusion, Anesthesia. * Training of operators will include nursing, perfusion, and ATS techs. * Other: Blood Bank, Lab, Supply Chain / Materials Management and OR Purchasing. * Focus on the development of a complete account analysis and relationship matrix document. * Identify and develop specific organic growth opportunities. * Assist Account Manager in the execution of organic growth opportunities. * Assist Account Manager in the identification and development of key customer relationships to include KOL's and Speaker Bureau customers. * Assist in all product evaluations within specific CSCS territory and region. Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports but this role supports and develops technical competencies of the respective sales counterparts Qualifications Education Associate's Degree: focus in science/nursing, or equivalent Operating Room experience - Preferred Experience 2-3 Years: Track record of success to include highly accomplished college record, Military Service, current medical or healthcare provider, or sales experience. - Required Demonstrated ability to sell to multiple call points, manage customer relationships and develop strategic and tactical sales plan with keen ability to execute - Required Skills Highly driven personality, disciplined, focused, process and detail orientation, ability to prioritize, evolving sales awareness, strategic thinking, effective communication, & problem solving. Passion for strategic planning, collaboration, and driving sales results. Travel Expectations: Frequent travel up to 75% EEO Policy Statement Pay Transparency: The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
