Job Description

We’re looking for an experience front desk professional to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for overseeing multi-line attendant system for Princess, Holland America Line, Seabourn, HAP Alaska Yukon, and Cunard. Monitors and screen calls for Executive leadership and route accordingly. Manage visitor check-in process at the corporate office. Support and provide back-up for Admin Ops, Facilities, and Mailroom. Greet and assist visitors including the processing of visitor logs and issuance of daily/weekly passes and issues daily/weekly temporary badges for employee access.

Responsibilities
Oversee the multi-line phone system, screen calls, route voicemails, and answer questions from passengers, vendors, visitors, and employees.
Greet visitors and employees and issue passes/badges as needed and logs information into the required system. Validates the completion of visitors health screening.
Provide support to Admin Ops, Facilities, and Mailroom
Support transportation and lost & found programs
Support the efforts of the Business Continuity / Building Emergency Response programs.
Requirements
2yr minimum work experience showing strong computer, communication, and facilitation skills
2yr minimum work experience in a fast-paced environment requiring troubleshooting, process skills, and exhibiting an ability to adapt to changing scenarios
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other web-based applications.
Experience with phone system preferred
Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information
Demonstrated commitment to customer experience, and passion for innovation and simplicity

Base Hourly Range: $19.97 to $22.50. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final hourly rate is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
