**
Scope of the Project:**
The City seeks a skilled vendor to help the Seattle Department of Information Technology to upgrade its two Oracle WebCenter platforms and migrate it to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
6.2. OCI Architecture and Best Practices
The vendor shall create an architectural diagram document that outlines all components and their relationships within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as it pertains to WebCenter and its associated applications.
The vendor shall conduct workshops to ensure that the proposed cloud solution, including its architecture and design, aligns with the City's business framework.
The vendor shall produce a configuration management document that details all OCI configurations, including various parameters and options, to meet the City's specific needs.
The vendor shall recommend and implement the required number of OCI environments to support both the ECM Core platform (including its applications) and the ECM Accela platform.
The vendor shall set up all infrastructure components in OCI, install necessary software, and collaborate with the City throughout the process.
The vendor shall create a comprehensive plan for access and security management within OCI. Additionally, the bidder must ensure that all applications with Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities continue to function seamlessly, and that applications integrated with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) maintain uninterrupted operation.
The vendor shall recommend OCI resources required during the project but not after go-live, ensuring that these resources can be decommissioned post-go-live if needed.
The vendor shall review the existing architecture of each application, migrating them as-is or optimizing their architecture to improve isolation, maintainability, and availability based on the City's requirements.
The vendor shall design and configure network setups, compute resources, database options, security protocols, compartments, access management, identity domains, storage solutions, resource administration, monitoring, load balancers, and connectivity with on-premise systems, Accela Cloud, or PeopleSoft. Additionally, fault domains will be set up to ensure high availability for critical applications.
The vendor shall implement a consistent storage strategy for content across both WebCenter platforms.
The vendor shall collaborate with the City to prioritize applications and document repositories for migration.
