TEKsystems Senior Content Designer (Physical & Packaging) in Seattle, Washington

TOP SKILLS:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in content design, particularly in e-commerce and digital products.

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Sr Content Designer to join our team. This hybrid role involves creating compelling content for both physical packaging and retail merchandising systems, as well as technical documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with the technical documentation designer on Design team, creating copy that complements illustrations and technical content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and write content for physical packaging, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand guidelines.

Create engaging copy for offline in-store merchandising systems and retail displays.

Collaborate with the technical documentation team to produce user-friendly technical publications.

Work with hardware and product managers to understand and simplify complex technical information.

Ensure all content is integrated into cohesive systems, whether for packaging, retail, or technical documentation.

Maintain a balance between technical accuracy and user accessibility in all written materials.

Support the development of online product-focused content as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in both packaging and retail content design.

Familiarity with technical writing and documentation processes.

Ability to adapt writing style to different formats and audiences.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
