Slalom LLC Senior Data Architect in Seattle, Washington

The Data & Analytics practice in Seattle is a full-service data practice with competencies across information strategy, modern data architecture, data visualization, and data science. We are seeking a Cloud Data Architect to join our local Seattle consulting team. What You'll Do * Perform TCO and ROI analysis to advise technical solution decisions * Use common data architecture practices to architect, design, and develop data/analytic platforms (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes) that are used to produce analytic products, like reports, dashboards, ML models, etc. * Move, integrate, and cleanse data in highly collaborative agile environments * Configure, administrate, tune, and architect data pipelines * Deliver high-quality written, verbal, and/or visual communication to clients What You'll Bring * 5+ years of experience building data solutions in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake) * Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues and solutions to director-level, non-technical clients. * Deep experience with designing and deploying end-to-end solutions with a cloud platform's analytic services including storage, permissions, private cloud, database services, virtual machines, and parallel processing technologies * Prior consulting or professional services experience About Us Slalom is a next-generation professional services company creating value at the intersection of business, technology, and humanity. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $120,000 to $186,000 and the targeted base salary range is $ 145,000 - 160,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
