We are looking for an experienced leader to join the team as service manager for a machine shop in the heart of south Seattle!
Description:
- Supervise, issuing work assignments; maintain safety standards and providing training where necessary.
- Must have Machine Shop or service role experience.
- Monitors and facilitates repair projects
- Able to read mechanical drawings
- Enforce Safety First throughout the department!
- Schedule according to workload throughout department.
- Ensure proper paperwork for set-up and operation of machines on a daily basis.
- Analyze operational issues
- Responsible for meeting Quality requirements of Yields, Efficiencies, and Throughout for reporting department.
- Prepare and maintain internal metrics.
- Ensures production programs are running at optimum performance.
- Make recommendations to improve production methods, performance, equipment and quality of product.
- Perform other duties as assigned and/or needed.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
