PrimaryFunction:
As the Technical Project Manager - DataOps at Capgemini
you will be accountable for leading the DataOps domain in Insights and Data
Team. Your primary responsibilities will be to coach and mentor your domain in
agile/scrum practices, incident management life cycle, and other Capgemini
norms. Your domain team will be responsible for supporting data pipelines,
incident management, and infrastructure for the Data & Analytics Platform.
For you and the DataOps team to be successful
you will need to:
Drive agile/scrum practices, incident
resolution, problem management and Capgemini norms within your domain
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure
smooth transition from build to support
wn the team's backlog, incident management life
cycle, data pipeline monitoring strategy, infrastructure upgrade, user
access/authorization requests to the Data platform
Identify more efficient operational practices
and tools
Your day-to-day activities will include leading,
delegating, and participating in:
Cadence meetings, backlog grooming,
retrospectives, and iteration management
Pairing and collaboration sessions with team
members
Monitoring creation, alert tuning, and incident
resolution
Collaborating with stakeholders to perform
scheduled maintenance and upgrades
Cross functional team troubleshooting and issue
resolution
Duties andResponsibilities:
Accountable
for maximizing the deliverable value of the DataOps team
Mentoring and coaching team members to help them
self-organize, remove impediments, incident management, and agile/scrum
practices
Coordinate Incident management, communication,
and resolution with the team members and stakeholders
Lead infrastructure, security, and other
technology upgrades projects from start to finish
Collaborate with enterprise teams to ensure Data
& Analytics Platform is in compliance with internal and external
regulations and policy
Collaborate with engineering teams to automate
code analysis, testing, building, and deployment
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize the
backlog against the company, department, and team initiatives into the current
and future iterations
Promote a culture of high-performance by
balancing innovation and operational excellence
Be a champion for organizational change
management
Desired Skills/ Experience:
Experiencein Technical Program Management roles
Expertpeople skills - must be able to form strong, meaningful, and lastingcollaborative relationships
Expertexperience with collaborating with domain and scrum teams
Expertexperience with incident management frameworks with preference towardsITIL
Hands onexperience working with large complex enterprise accounts supporting cloudsolutions for data estate workloads (DW/ETL/BI projects preferred).
Expert experiencewith managing cloud-based infrastructure including Azure Data services
Expertexperience with troubleshooting complex issues in cloud environments
Strongexperience with RDBMS, No-SQL DBs, data modeling, Python, SQL, and ETL/ELTprocesses
Strong experiencewith building, deploying, and maintaining data pipelines
Strongexperience with leading operation teams that support online systems
Strongexperience with cloud infrastructure services with preference forexperience with Azure Cloud Platform
Experiencewith most of the following technologies: Azure Synapse, Azure SQLDatabases, Azure DevOps, Git, Azure ML Services, yml, Azure CLI, AzureData Factory, and Spark
