The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is interested in joining a virtual behavioral health collaborative care program and is committed to changing the care delivery experience for both patients and providers.
What you'll likely work on:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations of a wide range of clinical presentations with patients referred by their primary care provider in an integrated setting (eg: depression, anxiety, substance misuse, adult ADHD, trauma, health anxiety)
Deliver ongoing treatment for a wide range of psychiatric concerns and psychosocial issues using brief evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions
Participate in developing and delivering coordinated care plans with behavioral health care managers and psychiatric consultants within a collaborative care model
Conduct suicide risk assessment and safety planning visits with patients including counseling on limiting access to leathal means
Improve population health outcomes by providing consultation on behavioral health issues to primary care team members
Participate in regularly scheduled virtual caseload consultations with the patient's Care Manager and other team members involved in the patient's care
Provide education, care coordination and consultation with behavioral health care managers and primary care providers
Work closely with Virtual Medical Directors, Clinical Operations Team and National Director of Virtual Behavioral Health Services
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist
Licensed to independently practice with no current supervision requirements
Must have an active license in Washington
For LCSW/LMFT/LMHC Candidates: 1 year post licensure with specific experience in adult outpatient diagnostic evaluation and psychotherapy
Experience providing a range of brief, goal directed and focused clinical services that are evidence based
Comfortable working within a clinic that operates within a measurement based care framework
Has exceptional capacity to multitask, is flexible, and is comfortable with ambiguity
Comfortable working across a matrixed team of clinicians within a 100% virtual environment
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues
Able to work 40 hours per week, including 80% direct patient care and 20% administrative time
Eligible to be credentialed with our Health System Partner
Fluency in English
Strong preference for fluency in Mandarin
Reside within the USA or US Territories
Virtual psychotherapy experience (preferred)
