The Marketing Manager, Performance Media will work with the Media team and proactively support the Media Program for questhealth.com, which is a key growth-driver at Quest Diagnostics (consumer-initiated testing). This person will support the holistic efforts of the Media team in launching, optimizing, and measuring consumer campaigns across media channels including OOH, CTV/OTT, SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Affiliates.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Take a hands-on and proactive role in working with the internal team and our agency partners in launching, optimizing, and measuring consumer campaigns across several media channels including OOH, CTV/OTT, SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Affiliates
  • Collaborate with internal teams and our agency partners on integrated campaign planning, media recommendations, and campaign execution
  • Work cross-functionally with creative teams to plan for and deliver all content, copy, and creative asset needs to support evergreen and promotional campaigns
  • Develop a strong understanding and knowledge of ad tracking and ad operations
  • Partner with analytics and agency teams to develop and modify dashboards that track core KPIs (revenue, CTR, site metrics, etc.) and marketing effectiveness
  • Monitor channel activity, regularly delivering your analysis to the team and making data-driven decisions to ensure key KPIs are achieved
  • Facilitate the processing of Scopes of Work, Insertion Orders, Authorizations to Buy, payments to vendors, and other administrative tasks as required

Required Work Experience:

  • Previous hands-on experience building, managing, optimizing, and measuring SEM, paid social, and/or programmatic display programs

Preferred Work Experience:

  • E-commerce background
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience

Manage multiple priorities, adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Digital Ad Platforms (e.g. Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Business Intelligence and Analytics Platforms (Tableau, Google Analytics, Mixpanel)Strong knowledge of affiliate and direct response marketing
  • Affiliate Marketing Platforms (e.g. Impact Radius, Partnerize, CJ)

Education:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
