About you
You are familiar and come with similar experience in the Elevator Service business and are able to work closely/lead a team of Technicians to provide best-in-class support to Otis' facilities.
What you will be doing
To plan and schedule monthly service activities
Ensure all monthly service activities are completed as scheduled
Ensure breakdown ratio and response time target is achieved
Ensure prompt response to breakdown maintenance
Ensure all service equipment is in a safe and good working condition
Ensure all standby activities are carry out promptly and appropriately
Ensure all new Field Operations colleagues are trained as per company and industry's requirement
Involved in staffing issues such as disciplinary matters
Ensure all maintenances and repair works are carried out in accordance to company requirement andconforming to all applicable law and regulation enforced
Comply to Otis 3 most important Absolutes - Ethics, Safety and Quality and impart/enforce team compliance to the Otis Absolutes
Ensure timely submission of time ticket and OT for the team
What you will need to be successful
Minimum 4-6 years working experience as a Supervisor/ Senior Engineer in Lift business
Degree in relevant Engineering field
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team of Field Operations colleagues
Good communication skills in Malay and English, both spoken and written; knowledge in other language(s) is an added advantage
Possess valid driving license and own car, able and willing to travel to work sites as required
