  • 'Develop logistics specific IL6S tool kits and deploy to targeted sites

  • Define the WMS capabilities to support the warehouse strategy and develop site specific roadmaps to execute

  • Develop and execute fit for purpose warehouse automation capability, qualifying capabilities and leading AMEA pilots to prove concept

  • Support development of logistics digital innovation pipeline i.e. Warehouse Digital twin, YMS, Vision technology etc.

  • Manage logistics data and analytics for support region logistics performance and productivity

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Bachelor degree-required, Masters Preferred

  • Minimum 10 years experience in E2E logistics operations , across AMEA markets

  • Experience in developing, implementing and managing large scale warehouse infrastructure (inhouse or 3PL)

  • Proven abilities implementing and/or using (advanced) logistics digital enablers including TMS, WMS, YMS etc.

  • Strong analytical abilities to work with large datasets and develop business insights

  • Strategic thinking plus excellent presentation, communication, influencing and motivational skills

  • FMCG logistics experience

  • Experience with warehouse automation solutions, applied to FMCG fulfillment environment

  • Lean Six Sigma experience and certifications
