Main purpose of job
To support Sales in the budget bidding process
Responsible for the firm technical documentations during bidding process
Responsible for providing advice and support on a range of products using technical knowledge along with sales skills
Owns all aspects of performance of the team, includes sales compensation plans, training and reporting
Accountabilities
Review and evaluate client’s specifications and sizing of compressors/heaters and auxiliary equipment.
Establish clarification required by the client based on client’s specifications in conjunction with the specialists.
Develop the technical offer and complete required documentation to meet client request.
Clarify the technical offer with the customer and end-users are required.
Establish the cost analysis of compressor, heater and auxiliary accessories.
Understands and employs a methodology/ process for approaching the opportunities.
Persuades clients that a product or service best technical assistance and product education and analyses costs and sales.
Requirements
BS in Engineering or related discipline preferred
Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of field of specialization.
Successfully applies knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular area of specialization
Technical and commercial negotiation skill in the client / supplier relation
Experienced with compressor equipment preferred
Experienced in designing, documenting and enforcing sales process
