The Continuous Improvement Associate will support Kaizen projects and other initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and operational effectiveness across teams. This role involves identifying inefficiencies, conducting research and benchmarking, and proposing process improvements to optimize workflows. The associate will assist in sustainability-related projects, such as waste reduction initiatives in data centers, and contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, they will help organize workshops, training sessions, and team discussions to promote a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement and measure the impact of process changes while tracking key performance metrics to ensure sustained progress.
Key job responsibilities
Support Kaizen projects and related initiatives to drive continuous improvement across teams
Assist with sustainability-related projects, including waste reduction initiatives in data centers
Identify inefficiencies and propose process enhancements to improve operational effectiveness
Conduct research and benchmarking to adopt best practices for process improvements
Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and team discussions focused on continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to Kaizen activities to ensure best practices are documented and implemented
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to track progress on improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and measure their impact
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
Preferred Qualifications
CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
