Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Communicate with customers for Breast implant (Natrelle@) warranty service program; collect and sort out warranty documents and report adverse events for the compliant and accurate warranty service operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary contact of HCP and patient query as a call center officer for Breast implant (Natrelle@) warranty service
Responsible for the collecting, sorting and archiving warranty documents
Ensue accurate warranty log and data management, document storage, warranty mailbox based on internal policy and regulation.
Ensure the knowledge of Breast implant (Natrelle@) warranty service, related SOP and regulations for the right customer query handling
Qualifications
Experience of call center, customer service or related job
Ability to comply with quality systems procedure and policies.
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
Ability to handle sensitive conversations.
Able to work effectively in a team/matrix environment.
Intermediate in English (written)
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Experience in the healthcare, medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred
