Ziegler CAT Product Support Sales Coordinator in Shakopee, Minnesota

Ziegler CAT has an opening in our Power Systems division for a Product Support Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and sales support for Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSR) and the Product Support Sales Supervisor. Duties include coordinating Ziegler's National Accounts with Caterpillar dealers across the nation, Maintaining and invoicing Customer Value Agreements (CVA's) for Local and National Accounts, Updating CRM's for customer equipment, entering, updating and creating service calls and scheduled services in the Microsoft D365 system, and coordinating with field service dispatch to adjust service schedules for customers. Responsibilities: Create, maintain, modify, close and invoice Customer Value Agreements (CVA) Generates PO's, scheduled services, collects and distributes inspection reports and reviews invoices from Caterpillar dealers nationwide to coordinate Ziegler's National Accounts Effectively manage data entry and maintaining new and existing customer information and document all customer communication in Ziegler's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Cat Foresight, Customer portals etc. Document all service and support agreement details and work with IS and Product Support Sales Analyst to generate and modify existing queries Assist with Watchguard Letter Contracts creation and updating as needed Consistent communications and collaborations with the PSSR's, service dispatch team, dealer representatives and all other departments within Ziegler Inc. on progress, issues, needs, etc Answers calls from PSSRs, Cat dealers, field service dispatchers and customers Provide direct line of support for National Account Product Support Sales Representative, Cat dealers, field service dispatchers and customers in a professional and timely manner by answering calls Provide direct line of support for National Account Product Support Sales Representative and customers in a professional and timely manner with quoting, contract implementation, and all other customer related issues as needed Consult with Cat dealers after sales or contract signings in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support and Conduct meetings with Cat dealers and Key Account customers on a reoccurring basis Manage accounts receivable to acceptable level of performance for all strategic accounts Supports the organization's mission, vision and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: honesty, integrity, and respect while delivering high quality solutions and maintaining a positive attitude and a safe work environment Demonstrate a positive attitude and a high level of personal credibility and integrity with customers, management, and dealership co-workers Supporting our Industrial PSSR in registering Industrial Engines ESC in Quote Plus and Invoicing OEM customers as necessary. Any and all duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required, 2 or 4 year degree preferred 1-3 years administrative support or customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Outlook and other business software applications as required Thrives in a fast-paced work environment Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, customer focus, efficiency, problem solving, team work Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds Ability to work independently or in a team setting and under some pressure to meet deadlines Manage accounts receivable to acceptable level of performance for all strategic accounts Ability to work standard five-day schedule, including daily overtime as needed Minimum Physical Requirements: Standing, sitting, walk ng, talking, hearing This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.
