The Coca-Cola Company Electrical Engineer in Shanghai, China

Use professional knowledge to participate in equipment electrical maintenance, plan and implement related maintenance projects; Assist maintenance technician to complete complex and difficult repairs; Ensure that equipment and facilities are maintained in good operating condition while achieving optimal maintenance cost by improving equipment performance or efficiency

Key Result Areas

  • Responsible for the maintenance activities of highly automated equipment, such as stereoscopic warehouses, AMR and palletizers 40%

  • Responsible for supporting maintenance personnel in electrical aspects and guiding them to improve their maintenance skills. Participate in supporting complex equipment breakdown repair and electrical overhaul projects 15%

  • Responsible for proposing improvement and maintenance projects for existing equipment and facilities to maintain the equipment in good running condition, thus achieving efficiency improvement or improvement in quality and safety performance, as well as energy saving 10%

  • Responsible for production metering equipment management and calibration 15%

  • Responsible for the cost forecast and planning of the annual electrical maintenance project to ensure that the equipment and facilities are maintained effectively 10%

  • Responsible for managing outsourcing service providers to make their work conform to the relevant regulations and requirements of the company 5%

  • Responsible for equipment electrical data management, to ensure the effective preservation and update of new and old data, easy for maintenance personnel to consult 5%

  • Responsible for the establishment of equipment electrical spare parts list and procurement of spare parts, assist the warehouse manager to complete spare parts inventory management, reduce maintenance costs through localization and maintenance of spare parts, participate in the inventory of spare parts warehouse 5%

  • Assist reliability engineers to analyze equipment failure causes and improvement measures to improve equipment utilization 5%

  • Assist in facilitating TPM 5%

  • Assist project engineers to complete various major projects 5%

Functional Skills:

  • Professional knowledge of mechatronics, familiar with beverage industry equipment (Proficient)

  • Outstanding electrical skills and practical ability(Proficient)

  • Contractor management ability and project management experience (Proficient)

  • Knowledge of spare parts management, ability to set up safety inventory and reduce inventory (Proficient)

  • Have the ability to manage fixed assets and equipment information ( Awareness)

  • Ability to analyze equipment failures and implement management methods using 5W analysis and PDCA ( Awareness)

  • Ability to communicate across departments ( Proficient)

Knowledge & Experience:

College degree or above, CET 6

Major in electrical automation, mechatronics, etc., 10 years of relevant work experience

Experience in equipment maintenance and spare parts procurement

Proficient in CAD and other related drawing software

Master and use maintenance module of SAP system

Knowledge and practical experience with TPM

Understand EOSH and GMP requirements and apply them to the project
