  • Provides Strategic & executional leadership for the Hematology Marketing Team.

  • Challenges the status quo to develop breakthrough high growth ideas/initiative

  • Develops innovative annual marketing plans (long and short-term), including, segmentation, activities, product promotion, strategy, finances and manages its implementation.

  • Develops appropriate tools for tracking project delivery and course correction.

  • Leads on market insights, trends and competitive intelligence. Conducts market research to inform, test and validate messages and campaign strategy.

  • Prepares and manages the annual budget for the market plans, including controllable expenses, as well as marketing communication expenses.

  • Manages working relationships with agencies to deliver high quality activities to drive brand equity.

  • Leads in central forecasting for the brand.

  • Lead in the development in product launch forecasts and plans

  • Owns the Marketing elements within CFE.

  • Leads in cross collaborative work to ensure engagement and buy in of key stakeholders and delivery of projects,

  • Leads Marketing Section in Monthly Franchise Meetings and CCFT Meetings.

  • Builds strong bonds with sales teams and deep understanding of regional sales needs from field visits and coaching.

  • Builds a strong network across the Region and Global Team to champion the needs of the China Market within Regional and Global marketing projects.

  • Develops strong KOL networks for the business

  • Manage direct reports, set objectives and conduct performances reviews.

  • Implements plans to recruit, develop and coach subordinates

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with medicinal, pharmacy or bioengineering major.

  • 5-7 years’ experience of product management or marketing in multinational company of pharmaceutical industry. 7 years above experience for senior position. 1 years above clinician experience is a plus.

  • Integrative capability of marketing planning, execution and management.

  • Capable of allocating and managing various marketing recourses.
