Description and Requirements
岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：
负责笔记本电脑连接器的设计和审核，确保设计符合系统整体要求和行业标准
负责连接器的信赖性测试，制定测试方案并跟踪测试进度，分析测试结果并提出改进建议
负责样品试产进度追踪，协调相关部门解决试产过程中遇到的问题
对接连接器供应商和系统机构研发，确保连接器设计与系统设计相匹配
参与系统整体设计，提供连接器方面的技术支持
负责连接器的成本优化和设计创新，提升产品竞争力
岗位要求/Job Requirements;
精通笔记本电脑连接器设计原理、工艺流程及材料特性
熟悉常用连接器设计软件，如AutoCAD、SolidWorks等
具备独立完成连接器产品设计、开发、测试的能力
了解连接器行业相关标准及规范，熟悉笔记本电脑行业标准者优先
具备项目管理经验，能够带领团队完成项目开发任务
具备良好的成本意识和创新意识，能够进行连接器的成本优化和设计创新
