Job Title: Principal Program Manager
Reports To: Site Leader & General Manager

Purpose/Objective:
Develop site relocation strategyies and Lead project teams to achieve milestones and objectives of SHA site relocation project; Lead product transfer projects, partner with various functions to ensure project execution on time, quality, cost and performance.
Area of Responsibilities:
Site Relocation
Develop site relocation strategies and plan, including the timetable, staged tasks and key nodes, and make overall arrangements for various relocation works.
Resource allocation: Reasonably arrange human resources, equipment, transportation and other resources to ensure the smooth progress of the relocation.
Budget management: Be responsible for the preparation and control of the relocation budget to ensure that the expenses are within the budget range.
Risk assessment and response: Identify in advance the possible risks during the relocation process, formulate response strategies and deal with unexpected situations in a timely manner.
Coordination with all parties: Keep in close communication and coordination with relevant departments of the old and new sites, government agencies, suppliers, transportation companies, etc.
Equipment management: Organize the disassembly, packaging, transportation, installation and commissioning of equipment to ensure the intactness and normal operation of the equipment.
Material management: Ensure the safe and orderly relocation of raw materials, finished products, office supplies and other materials.
Quality & Registration: organize and coordinate relevant functions on new site QMS required activities to meet quality & registration requirement. Include validations on facility, production & logistic equipment, product pilot production, NMAP audit and registration.
New factory layout: Participate in the layout planning and facility improvement work of the new factory.
Progress tracking: Keep abreast of the relocation progress in real time and timely adjust the plans and measures to ensure the relocation is completed on time.
Product Transfer Project
Accountable to deliver product transfer projects within timeline, budget and quality constraints while meeting scope, quality system requirements / compliance rules
Establish and monitor use of tools for project tracking and management
Manage the critical path of the project
Identify, track and mitigate actively on key risks (commercial/ technical) together with the core team
Lead the team while promoting team effectiveness, morale, motivation and productivity and provide feedback to the team members
Actively involve and align stakeholders and manage expectation
Ensures all team members understand project objectives, and know their roles and responsibilities
Assure Productive use of company standards
Ensure full compliance of all executed project activities according Leica and regulatory standards (FDA; ISO 13485)
Controls project costs and support prepareing accurate forecast on cost and capital expenses
Supports development of department-specific processes and tool
Person Specification:
Rich and solid experience in site relocation. Rich and solid experience working in CFT teams for product transfer projects in industrial environment, preferred medical environment. 2 year working experience as sub-project manager or project manager for major facelift or life cycle projects Capable of working effectively independently or in a team environment to meet goals and objectives Ability to work under pressure and rapidly react to changes Strong can-do attitude Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Able to influence effectively across the organization Structured and target-oriented approach Good problem-solving skills Process oriented; knows how to use project management tools efficiently Decisive and effective project leader; motivator which is experienced in developing and training teams Able to handle and resolve conflicts within the project team Good strategic thinking and communication skills Must have a high level of personal integrity and accountability Excellent proficiency with software applications such as Microsoft Office
