What you’ll do:

" Supports PQ China solution business development and growthPlans and manages PQ China Procurement team for buy and sell products,

  • Support sourcing team for vendor development and management by leveraging Eaton SCM policy

  • Lead on continuous improvement on SIOP/procurement processes to support business requirement

  • Works on operation excellence and support sourcing/project team for cost out and VAVE activities

  • Oversees the purchasing of buy and sell products to ensure supply chain running smoothly"

"1. Lead PQ China Pocurement team for continuous process improvement and team capability built up

  1. Align with Sourcing, QA/QC for vendor delveopment to meet PQ business requirment

  2. Manage Buy-Sell products demand and analysis, planning and check vendor supply status for demand FCST, production and delivery etc.

  3. Manage PO to payment process, arrange delivery per site schedule and sales instruction (sales target/customer credit status). Do coordination if any receipt issue at customer site or at warehouse

  4. PQ China projects order management :Work with PLM/PMO/Sales to confirm product spec, qty, special T&C from customers, and reflect these special terms in PO to vendors; if ETO or non-standard products, work with sourcing/category managers to confirm vendor quotation– Incoterm, payment term, MOQ, LT etc, if new vendors, check vendor code /MPA status

  5. Manage customer assigned vendors for new vendor setup, sign b2b contract and place PO and follow up delivery aligned with UPS/other products etc.

  6. New PN master data maintenance in SAP (PIR/source list, material master data)

  7. Support PQ China NPI projects and 2nd source development (focus on demand planning/ logistic and order execution related )

  8. Various reporting (Xmatrix, OTD, cost out, battery forecast accuracy, key products SIOP data prepration)

  9. Vendor payment and DPO management

  10. Compliance, integrate and do business right "

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above

6+ years of proven experience in SCM (planning, purchasing,logistics) and 2 -3 years management experience. Working experience in UPS solution project is preferred

Skills:

"1 Commodity Management: Possess knowledge of total commodity management processes inclusive of vendor selection, material purchase, performance metrics and continuous process improvement.

2 Contract management: Possessing knowledge of supply chain contracts and agreements inclusive of terms, timings and language

  1. Materials Planning and Management: Knows and understands forecasting, demand planning, scheduling and inventory management tools and concepts necessary to improve SIOP process for buy and sell products

  2. Proven ability to drive results in a matrix organization

Good interpersonal communication skills with leadership potential; proficient in office tools eg PPT & excel; good oral and written English; knowledge of SAP and power BI preferred
