Requirements:
Over 7 years working experience in insurance industry
Bachelor degree or above, specialized in insurance, business, finance or economics is preferred
Familiar with related insurance products, legislation, procedures and operations of business organizations
Good command of staff coaching and mentoring skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good negotiation and problem solving skills
Customer-oriented and aggressive in achieving business targets
Proficient in English and Chinese
