Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
Lead Sales operation team to drive productivity in sales support daily QTC process, incl. organizing weekly forecast meeting, push revenue recognition, order cancellation and etc.
Lead the team to manage post sales process for return and compliant business analysis (team member take the R&R), work with product line managers and field service team to improve the compliant process from commercial perspective.
Drive the post sales data dashboard to demonstrate the compliant volume and improving trend, give business instructions per analysis.
Drive process efficiency by leveraging PPI and collaborating with cross function teams, incl. pricing, suppy chain, IT and etc.
Develop and manage dealer network in BPG China
Lead the team to work on sales performance management, incl. annual SIP, SPIFF development and SPDC monitoring
Develop a high performing team of Sales Operations, SFE and Channel Management
Minimum Qualifications (must have):
Bachelor’s degree or above
10 years of sales support/sales operation working experience
Has team management experience
Good data processing and analysis skill, strong in Excel and other Microsoft office tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication and bargain skills, can influence other, can pull in resource to support team total goal.
Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking
Ability on generating future work plan base on business target
