Amazon Senior Product Manager, PMO in Shanghai, China

The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 14 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

We are looking for a talented and technical Senior Product Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate should be strong at understanding internal and external customer needs, identifying pain points, analyzing working models, deriving patterns, designing solutions, and managing roadmaps. He/she also needs to work across teams to launch products, manage product releases, engage user organizations, handle change management, establish stakeholder communication, and be responsible for the ultimate success of product launches against defined goals in a cross functional, fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities across the service provider segments and lifecycle, define product strategy and proposition, build up new products/services to help Seller and service provider grow, build and optimize the service provider management workflow, and continuously drive product success post launch.

  • Clearly define and communicate product requirements, collaborate with and earn trust from internal stakeholders and external partners, and design and align system solutions.

  • Work with technology teams to develop products, resolve issues and manage development cycles

  • Manage stakeholder and leadership communications including problem statement and analysis, product solution review, business/impact review, budget/HC planning, stakeholder change management, etc.

  • Can quickly adapt to ambiguity and tasks out of pure product development domain.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.

  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
