  • Lead sales team’s sizing, deployment, target setting and business analysis for BI, CS, AMI and BC teams
  1. Lead the sales team’s sizing analysis very half year to provide suggestion to management team on whether and how to deploy sales forces in the most effective way.

  2. Lead the target setting, territory alignment and sales team structure alignment, coordinating with related teams including Finance, Marketing, HR and Sales to get reasonable plan that could achieve Allergan’s Blue Plan goal.

  3. Adjust the sales planning when needed, proactively provide insights and suggestions to management team on how to adjust the sales planning on quarterly basis.

  4. Lead the customer selection and segmentation process to make sure our resources are located on the right place.

  5. Collaborate with and input to IBE on customer and activities management methodologies optimizing suggestions.

  6. Deep dive analysis on business for BI, CS, AMI to clearly understand business situation, and provide suggestions on opportunity capturing and risk avoiding. Help to drive business through closed-loop of planning, performance tracking and action optimization.

  • Set up and optimize the operation model as well as internal process to fuel the business in expanded cities

  • Strategic management and support on the expansion plan of the entire AA China

  • Define and implement a successful business model in broad market

  1. Create a clear vision for the broad market business model and commitment within the team;

  2. Build long-term strategy and business plan to achieve leadership position and deliver targets;

  3. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders

  4. Build and retain a result driven and customer oriented team.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is required

  • Minimum 5 years experiences in data analysis and reporting experiences in pharmaceutical or Consulting firms.

  • Good business acumen of Medical Aesthetic industry

  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills are a must.

  • Be familiar with the working mechanism of the current business functions, the stakeholders, and have full understanding on the company strategy and marketing plans.

  • Very good communication skills and influence skills to consolidate resources, to drive results in complexity and ambiguity

  • Good leadership skill to resolve problems and achieve goals

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.

  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of organization and all functions to work as an effective team member.

  • Good sense of responsibility, sensitivity, confidentiality and ethic.

  • Can work with independent and self-motivated, self-responsible, open-minded.

  • Extensive travel nationally with occasional international travel

  • Fluent oral English is a plus.
