Amazon T&C Program Ops Manager, RoA in Shanghai, China

The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. To support our continuous growth, we're looking for a Program Ops Manager of Training & Certification (T&C) to join our team. This role is pivotal in equipping our internal teams in the Rest of Asia (RoA) Region with the resources, tools, and training they need to succeed in today's dynamic industry landscape. The ideal candidate is someone who excels in program planning, demonstrates operational excellence, and has a strong passion for empowering internal teams.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive T&C strategy that aligns with our business objectives across RoA regions, including Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, and Thailand.

  2. Manage the creation, distribution, and maintenance of T&C materials, tools, and content, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and effective.

  3. Oversee T&C program operations, including onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

  4. Implement and manage T&C technologies and tools to ensure quality experience.

  5. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and needs, measure program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.

  6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, L&D, or a related field, with a track record of success in improving learning effectiveness.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
